Caller states that she accidentally entered the pool from the wrong side and a manager in approx. 50's wearing a white polo shirt and baseball cap. whistled, yelled, pointed his finger at her and hovered over her telling her she needed to get out of the pool and continued to berate her. She states that she had no idea she had done anything wrong and the whole situation could have been handled by simply informing her of her mistake but he made a spectacle of the situation. She states other swimmers even came over to check on her after the interaction with this employee. She asks that VM be left if she does not answer callback

Deep eddy pool. One machine to pay with debit credit not working

Caller is stating that the pool is closed and she stated it was open previously during the summer. She had been going everyday. She went last night and it was closed. The signs were posted saying it was going to be opened til August 13.

My son got a rock stuck in his foot at Bartholomew pool. The lifeguards were very helpful, kind, and professional. However I was surprised to find that their first aid kit did not include tweezers, a pretty basic first aid supply. I had to go out to my car to get my personal first aid kit. Bee stings and splinters are pretty common first aid issues, and lifeguards should be able to deal with them. Please make sure your first aid kits are regularly updated with appropriate supplies.
