In our Resources menu, we have added a new link for users who do not use the Austin 3-1-1 mobile app to submit service requests. The clickable link will route them to submit a service request on the Austin 3-1-1 website.

Water Conservation Violation
11501 Murron Dr, AustinA neighbor located at 11501 Murron Dr Austin Tx 78754 has a water leak near their meter that has been flowing for at least the last 8 hours and has flooded the public side walk along side of our houses. I notified the neighbor about it around 4:30pm and they have done nothing to stop the water from flowing. It is now covering at least 50' of sidewalk and cannot be walked on without getting wet. I tried calling Austin Water Dispatch, but it is not on my property they could do nothing for me.
