Street Resurfacing
814 E 46th St, AustinWhen the city recently repaved 46th St between Red River and Caswell, they removed the channel that had been added several years ago to allow water to drain down the street properly. We had tried to get the city to fix the problem for years, as the water pools so deep that it sits for days, it forces pedestrians to walk out into busy Red River St to cross 46th, and definitely makes it impossible for disabled people to use the curb ramp. Please come back out and re-install the drainage channel.
