    In the drainage creek behind my house on Brinwood avenue near Dawson elementary school, we noticed this possible encampment or dumping ground. It appears to be an open suitcase of clothes, cooler, and pad of some kind. Under the bridge approximately 50 yards south of this there have been several people living there over the past few weeks.
