- I've reported this and a consistent solution is never met with the property manager. Residential concerns re : rodents, property not managed appropriately considering it backs up o residences. Dumpsters not maintained properly. Near a public library and bus stop. Mayor Steve Adler- he would be horrified if he saw how this was managed and it doesn't go hand in hand with Clean City Policies.
