Traffic Signal - New

Description: The light at the intersection of MoPac Service Road northbound and Park Bend Dr., adjacent to St. David's Medical Center, is ridiculously long (as if it was a major busy intersection). Other than weekday business hours or rush hour, there is VERY LITTLE traffic at the intersection. So motorists just sit there for minutes, at an empty intersection, waiting for the signal to turn. Once there was city maintenance there , and it was a flashing four-way red light,and the traffic moved incredibly well. I am hoping you will evaluate this intersection, the length of the time for the lights, and consider shortening the duration of the lights or changing to flashing red lights outside of business/rush hours.
