Description
the newly constructed 183NB on-ramp from I35NB has some severe dips in the last slabs of concrete before the ramp banks west. a ramp that is notorious for backups and was out of operation for a number of months, only to be reopened with these huge dips, which pose a safety concern not only as a bump while traveling on an elevated ramp, but the worst bump occurs right at a surface material change and a turn to the left. to what standards are contractors held?
