Description: Reference sr 22-0097604 where caller stated "The drainage ditch behind his home is eroding and the cement is cracking. Agent provide Pic of area. The water from the creek is washing away the side behind his property. There is a sewer line also runs through there. CALLER want to be contacted when you come out to view the issue. Contact Caller." -Caller would like to be contacted as he did speak to someone on site regarding the previous request but he was never given any follow up information and no work was done in the area.
