Description: caller stated the creek is eroding onto his property the city came out in 2016 on service request number 16-00060051 and in 2021 service request number 2100010544 and advised they were going to do the repairs and caller stated they have not done the repairs and it is worse and now the damage is even more and not it has even damaged his fence callback requested by customer to provide information on when the city is going to do the repairs. caller has tried and been trying to reach GYRONE SCOTT FOR YEARS AND has never been able to get a hold of him caller states he needs for this to be in record in case he needs to file a claim against the city. spanish speaker
