- The neighborhood has been recently built up behind residents property. The ranch behind him use to be flat, now the property has been built up very high about 6 ft high. The height of this build up required a retaining wall. He wants to know if the developed undulation in his back yard is still needed or relevant now that the ranch has been turned into a subdivision behind him. He really wants to flatten his back yard soon. Please call citizen back to discuss.
