COMMENTS: Any time there's any rain a large long puddle forms here, with no opportunity to avoid it. Is there a fix for this?
Thank you so much for providing the photo (see Pic 1) of this issue as it makes it easier to talk about the same thing.
We are currently looking into fixing this problem and will put this location in our contractor's schedule to revise and address the issue as work in our other projects permits.
For the looks of things, that ramp will need to be rebuilt in such a way as to allow the original water flow to continue down the street and not holding it there

Response from Citizen: Thanks for the response. Understood on the water pooling issue, and thanks for including it in your worklist. On the bridge abutment issue, yes! The issue has been addressed and rides great. I thought maybe you rushed out after my 3-1-1 report, but glad you were aware of it aside from that. It makes a real difference heading west over that bridge now.
