I went out to investigate and the lot at 1916 E 12st has it parking lot being washed out when it rains and the citizen at 1212 Poquito st, claims the runoff is making the street unsafe for bicycles and pedestrians to walk. I added pictures to the attachment. Citizen would like a call about this concern to see if they are violating codes.
