Contacted Item Owner No Action Required Close SR. Made site visit and confirmed sign belong to Buyer Barricades. Called Buyers and was told this sign is the outer perimeter advance warning sign for the TX DOT project all along IH 35. TX DOT property and supposedly in use. case closed.
