Construction items in Right of Way

Contacted Item Owner No Action Required Close SR. Site visit finds screen partially blocking view and vehicles parked on corner partially blocking view. I spoke to crew supervisor explained my visit. He understood the issues and will correct the problem. They will also take down the black tarp to open view. I will check back as time allows.
