Construction items in Right of Way

Contacted Area Inspector No Action Required Close SR. During my inspection, I did not find anything scattered down the street. That must have been cleaned up. The black tarp fencing is part of the erosion control measure that have been implemented for this area. These are normal measure to keep from having major erosion during a storm . These are mandated by the City of Austin Environmental Inspectors. These measures will stay until there is 95% coverage. Currently its all dirt.
