Contacted Area Inspector No Action Required Close SR. Inspector inspected area. There are some forms still present but no permit pulled for driveway work. Most work appears to have been done on private property. Home owner will need to contact Texas Gas to resolve the issue. Inspector also notified Texas Gas on issue. This SR can be closed as complete, no further action required by ROW Inspector.
