Description
The Downtown Community Court, refuses to deliver US postal mail before 4pm. Security turns away clients that want to pick up US postal mail. The Downtown Community Court send US Postal Mail back to senders if not picked up within 30 days. Downtown Community Court refuses to notify clients that they have US postal mail available. Results loss of benefits and other damages due to lack of adequate US postal mail services. They also refuse to forward US postal mail to another address.
