Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_PROBLEMFOUND Summary: Investigation Details I investigated this site and could not locate any erosion in the easement behind house. I called and spoke with the 311 caller to inform her that I was unable to locate her concern. She stated that she regularly submits 311 requests and could not recall this particular one. With that, I informed her that I would be closing out this service request due to no problem found. I also recommended she submit another 311-service request if and when she recalls. Service request is now closed.
