Pond Flag #70: This pond is on a 6x annual maintenance schedule and was last maintained on 4/11/24. The buffer is maintained 12x a year and was last maintained on 4/16/24. The photos uploaded by the contractor for these two maintenance dates indicate the work was completed; however, the photos are not comprehensive and do not show the area adjacent to the mailboxes. I will conduct a site visit this week to determine if the maintenance work was completed. At any rate, both the pond and the buffer should be maintained again this month. I am sending an email to the contractor letting them know that the area adjacent to the mailboxes needs to be completed.
