Class: WORKORDER Created By: SWIADERM Log Type: SCHEDULE_REPAIR Summary: Austin energy could not perform work with elk lock out tag out in place Details Contacted Lloyd and Shawn from elk electric and sent them photos of the lock/ disconnect, and work order request summary. I will resolve the lock issue with them and if no timely response is available I will cut the lock off with bolt cutters .
