Description
There are several homeless camping in the Great Northern park between Shoal Creek BLVD and Great Northern BLVD. They are always yelling/fighting with each other and causing a scene. They have some tents set up for a few weeks now. Lots of families and kids are walking through the park. This is on the off-leash dog park area right off the walking path.
