- Raw dog run club has a large group (200) of people running every Saturday morning - running in the street and parking illegally throughout the neighborhood. This seems like an event that large enough to require a permit due to area disruption. It wouldn’t be bad if they were respectful - they aren’t as a group. Sammararo pizza seems to be involved.
