- Respectfully, To Whom It May Concern, I write to report an observation that occurred on 07/20/24 at approximately 3:35p.m. at an outdoor restroom adjacent to a basketball court located about a block down from the corner of Canterbury and Perdenales St. Rodolfo "Rudy" Mendez Recreation Center https://g.co/kgs/eqpGe8A Please see attached photos suggestively encouraging lewd actions. Two adults present turned away a young boy from using the restroom as a means of suspicious activity.
