- Large Chair still on wb side of E. ST. ELMO > 2 lane road pushed into brush along side of the road it has been further pushed into the tall brush but is still there causing cars to swerve to miss it into the other on coming lane. On E. ST. Elmo between Todd Ln and Afton Ln. This is a busy road way !!! The brush is too thick, The City used to cut down this street brush, side trees and bush that impacted this street through way. Why do we not have City of Austin taking care of these issues now ?
