Construction Concerns in Right of Way

Area Inspected - No Issue Found - Close SR. Inspector inspected area. No closures were set up at time of inspection and the 2800 BLK of San Pedro St. was open to traffic. There are permanent No Parking signs set up on the northern half of the block. There is an active ROW permit on this block (2023-122767 EX) that includes full road closures when work is occurring but the contractor was not on site at time of inspection. This SR can be closed as complete, no issues found.
