Park Maintenance - Grounds Electrical Issues

Class: WORKORDER Created By: SWIADERM Log Type: ISSUE_REPAIRED Summary: Perry Park Lighting Details The lighting surrounding the court area at Perry park is currently not functioning. There was damage to the circuit wiring previously in the area and was determined that a new electrical service would have to be installed. Currently there are disconnected de-energized circuits in the electrical conduit and boxes mounted on each pole coming from underground. Elk electric has been contracted to do the service repairs as of June 14th 2024. Scheduling power shut offs dates with utilities, acquiring permitting, and then planning out trenching, and material organization all have to be processed as well as arranging the installation result in projects like these taking an extended amount of time before a start date and complete finish. The process has been started and the city and partnering contractors will work as diligently as possible to complete the work and appreciate the communities patience in this matter.
