Description

There is a traffic sign for turning right with a red light and arrow, but it doesn't indicate whether turning right on red is forbidden. As a result, drivers don't stop at the red light and proceed to turn right from the northbound lane of South Congress towards William Cannon. It would be helpful to either remove the red arrow light or add a sign stating that turning right on red is not allowed.
