- Neglected dog @ 1801 Webberville Rd (at the corner of Samuel Huston Ave. Young pup use to run in the yard when it first showed up, but for the last month it’s been stuck in this makeshift cage day and night and just stays in the little igloo thing. I walk and drive past the house several times a day and have never seen a person there and highly doubt the pip has adequate food/water/healthcare, and it’s just incredibly sad.
