- Description
- Shoulder on west bound City Park Road is partially overgrown by vegetation and parts of it are covered in gravel or concrete blobs, which causes bikes to have to ride on the roadway. That is dangerous on this curvy and uphill stretch of road. I couldn’t take any photos since it was unsafe to stop along the road.
