Standing Water

Standing Water - Property Drainage - Close SR. On 11/19/24, Asset 1201338 was inspected to determine if there was an issue with the irrigation system related to the pond. The pond was not holding water so the water in the road was not from the pond. There appeared to be two irrigation line breaks along the median of the road that was the source of the water. I spoke to the HOA property manager, Cheyenne Jordan. She said she was aware of the issue and had recently walked the property with the landscape contractor. Repairs were scheduled and the water was supposed to be turned off. I returned to the site on 11/22/24 and the lines were no longer leaking.
