- We live right after the onion creek road and I-35 crossing in the Cascades at onion creek neighborhood. We have looked at the plans for the expansion of Hwy 35 but noticed there isn’t any indication of a road being built under the highway to more easily access our neighborhood (instead of driving further down to creedmore to have to turn all the way around to get to our entrance). I was curious, with them raising the highway by our house, how we can petition or get plans to build a road under it
