Description
This is my ninth request to have the city of Austin drainage ditch behind my house properly secured. Every single time the city contractors come to cut the grass. They cut the lock and leave it open for people to play with their dogs, children to explore the drainage pipes and for the homeless to move in. Please deal with this issue once and for all!!
