- I live in the Sunset Valley neighborhood ( Marquis at Barton Trails apt) of Austin and am concerned about the early timing of trash collection, which occurs between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. every other day. The noise often wakes me and disrupts my sleep. As the City of Austin’s Noise Ordinance prohibits noise between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., I kindly request that trash collection be rescheduled to after 7:00 a.m. Thank you for addressing this issue.
