Description
The tree/bush is obstructing the public walkway and potentially traffic view, this is something that seems to lack regular maintenance and I believe the landlord who owns unit A is responsible for maintenance not the tenants. Lawn is also routinely overgrown which I think the landlord is also responsible for.
