- I’m a Tarrytown resident calling about a parking inequity near 2301 Enfield Rd. & Kent Lane. Across from this address on Enfield, multi-unit condos face limited public parking options for residents and guests, while Kent Lane by Enfield Rd., directly across the street on Kent, has available but restricted parking. Are these restrictions city-enforced or requested by homeowners? Is there a map showing streets that allow public parking?

Field Inspection Conducted - Close SR. 1/15/25 - Talked with Jennifer about her request for parking on Kent Lane. There are No Parking / Tow Away signs for the east side of Kent Lane. The west side of Kent Lane has one No Parking / Tow Away double arrow sign near the intersection with Enfield Road. The sign has been there for at least 18 years. I informed her that we are going to switch out the double arrow No Parking / Tow away sign on the west side with a right arrow No Parking / Tow Away sign. She was satisfied with the information. No further action required at this time.
