View Obstruction and Fencing at Intersection

Description

Private fence to residence located corner of Bradford Edward cove and Cima Serena has been moved further out and obstructs all view of traffic when attempting to turn onto Cima Serena . Traffic on this street is at high speeds with Anderson highschool times of school ending with blind spot causing near crashes next to Hill elementary playground when attempting to turn left off of residential street onto Cima Serena st.
