Street and Bridge Operations reviewed your request and the findings are as follows. Project Coordinator conducted a site visit at this location, and the issue appears to be related to the ongoing CIP/AWU water line renewal project. As part of this work, the contractors are tearing up multiple roads throughout the neighborhood. This explains why the homeowner is concerned and believes we did not complete the utility cut, when in fact, it was part of the CIP/AWU project. Project coordinator spoke with Capital Delivery Services, who is the lead on this project. They confirmed that the work is still ongoing and that the completion date has not yet been determined. Once the project is finished, the roads will be repaved and fully restored to a higher-quality condition.
