Gang Graffiti on N, S and E facing walls (AGAIN) of Justin Ln. Austin Energy @ 7536 substation walls. AE- please provide video to APD. Garza-PROSECUTE!!! Siegle-clean up the N. Lamar corridor S of 183 and add sidewalk lighting
