Description

Violation of noise ordinance emulating from back patio the bar. Sound equipment consistently exceeds 85 decibels and bass reverberates between 10 AM and 2 AM. Sound equipment IS ALWAYS audible at and extending the property line of the bar between 2 AM and 10 AM Time restrictions. Noise / musical instruments / speakers are audible to adjacent residences down the block between the 10:30 PM and 7 window
