Description
Our neighbor at 11412 Morning Glory trail has about 5 large dogs that they leave out in their yard all day and late into the night. They are barking constantly and sound distressed. If you walk past their house they growl and bark at you. Sometimes they will be barking and howling past 11pm making it hard for people to sleep. Most of the neighbors next to them have brought this up to them and no change has been made. It sounds like perhaps the dogs are being neglected.
