Description

I live behind the parking lot of 611 S Congress ave. There are frequent late night noises coming from this parking lot. It sounds like yard work, but it is very loud and goes past 10pm. Usually on Mondays. I’m an architecture student who barely gets enough sleep as is, so this has been really frustrating.
