They may have planned to come back and finish working and then remove the vegetation later. I have contacted them to see if they were the ones that left it and when they planned to return for the debris. Will update when I have heard from them.*Update February 24, 2025*: The wet pond contractor stated they were letting the vegetation dry out a little bit before they were going to remove it but they said they were coming back for it soon.
