- The owner of park west inn is trapping and killing feral community cats. He traps them with cat cages and then let's them stay in the cages til they die or hurts them.selves. His place of business is called . Park West Inn 2607 ih 35 Austin TX 78741. The colony had upto 8 cats and now there's only 3 or 4. I work at Park West Inn and I try to release them but if I get caught I'll lose my job. Please help the cats. The cages are located in the back of the lobby building.
