Description

Dog off leash in my property and around the neighborhood. Multiple times an older woman with white hair has been walking around the streets with her dog off leash very far away from her. Attached is a picture of the dog on MY front yard. Sometimes I’ve seen the dog poop on my yard and the woman is so far away that she doesn’t even notice and no one picks up the poop. I’m pretty sure the woman lives on or around Pinkney Ln in Circle C Ranch
