Description

The guy on the corner of 7th fl above Lamar is blasting stupid techno music again, has been all night and started at exactly 10:00. It’s really loud and comes all the way in my vent on the 4th floor. He’s in #716, or 15. He is so annoying and only is doing it because he just got his paycheck probably. He hates everybody.
