Park Maintenance - Grounds Electrical Issues

Issue Repaired - Close SR. Class: WORKORDER Created By: Log Type: ISSUE_REPAIRED Summary: Known recent issue, already scheduled for repairs Details the lighting contactor for the court lighting is failing due to its age (60+ years old) the entire outdated electrical system on the pole is planned to be removed with a new correct system replacing it. All the necessary material is on hand. Repairs were scheduled for week of 04/21/25 however PARD electrical staff was pulled away for emergency service call repairs every single day of that week and were unable to perform any work orders. PARD limited staff will attempt to start and complete repairs on their only available day this coming week Wednesday 05/01/25. If PARD electrical is called away again on that date or are unable to perform the work due to in-climate weather our next availability unfortunately will not be until 05/15/25 at the earliest. I would like to assure the 3-1-1 requester that the humming noise may sound concerning it currently does not pose any danger to the public.
