- Speed management on Walnut Hills between Manor and Edgedale. People love to use this tiny residential street as a drag racing strip. The issue is compounded by the illegal residential based car shops, “Four Hour Auto” and “Lone Star Picture Car” that are run out of 5907 Walnut Hills. This results in lots of “car guys” congregating and converging celebrating their loud fast cars. The code department has failed to address this effectively. We would love to see bike lanes to help address the issue.
