Issue Repaired - Close SR. Class: WORKORDER Created By: Log Type: ISSUE_REPAIRED Summary: Tripped breaker reset Details after contacting the citizen who put in the request it was stated that they had reserved the picnic area and the outlets did not function, the citizen claims to have reached out to the city with Austin Energy responding. It was relayed that Austin Energy could not locate the breaker box. If these statements are accurate this is unacceptable as the load center (breaker Panel) is in the utility room from an easily seeable overhead service wire which legitimately is not possible to not see if they were to look for it, furthermore the service wire comes from a labeled utility pole on site that would be in their records. This load center had also been at the same location for decades and an outside main disconnect is clearly visible directly below the picnic area reservation sign. There is no possible way that they could not locate it. If there was a miscommunication where they meant to say they could not access the room that would also be fictitious as it is a citywide master lock which any city employee would have the key to as well as Austin energy would have the key to and beyond that the lock could have been broken off to gain access and a new lock used to replace it. Everything done on Austin energy's end was a disservice to this citizen who rented the space. Once we received the work order and arrived on site today 04/15/25 we reset the tripped breaker and found everything turned back on and working correctly.
