- This renter is running an auto shop out of the garage. Constantly has 5-7 cars in the street and driveway, double parking. The neighbors are tired of this and want the city to step in and stop it. It crowds our street and sidewalks, creates noise all hours of the day and is not legal to run a car shop from your house.
