- Cantina is so loud my apartment 20 floors up is shaking. Also, just a sidenote here that all you have to do is look at the number of apts for sale at 70 Rainey to see how invasive this awful bar has become. Sleeping is impossible. Fine them or take away their license! They think they’re above the law (and they pretty much are).
